Postdoctoral researcher examining hair bias, race, gender, and embodied identity in organisations — currently based at the University of Bern's Department of Social Neuroscience and Social Psychology.
Her work sits at the intersection of human resource management, organisational behaviour, and social psychology, with a particular focus on how race, gender, and appearance shape the experiences of Black women in professional contexts. A Fulbright Alumna and ESKAS Grantee, she has conducted research across South Africa, the United States, Nigeria, and Switzerland.
